This is 16 year old Juliete, from La Libertad, a town in the coast of Ecuador in the Santa Elena Province.
She had complications several days following her birth which left her paralyzed. This gift of a wheelchair opens up the world to her and of course is a tremendous help to her family.
Her big smile says it all!
