Luis Kitar is a 10 year old who suffers from an incurable eye disease in his one eye. He was seen by Dra Naty Torres at Exilaser ,our allies in Cuenca, where it was determined there was no way to save that one eye.
She prescribed glasses for his other eye to improve but mostly to protect it to ensure he will have some vision.
He and his family are very excited to receive the help from Exilaser and HKIE.
