Our Child 720 is little 2 year old Angelina, from Ibarra, capital of the Imbabura Province.
She and her parents took a 12 hour bus ride to have her cleft palate repaired by Dr. Pablo who had some years ago repaired her cleft lip.
Her mom said she is a real chatterbox but this surgery will not only aid her pronunciation, but will prevent food from coming out her nose.
Mom and dad are so very grateful to Dr. Pablo, Hospital del Rio and of course all our @helpingkidsinecuador donors for helping their little one.
