3 year old Jose Miguel lives in a small village on the coast, north of Salinas, Santa Elena Province.
He obviously was born with deformed feet and he has never walked.
HKIE and Protesis Imbabura are getting prosthetics for both legs to finally enable this little one to start to learn to walk.
Can you imagine having to live your life being carried around everywhere? It won't happen to this child.
