This is 3 month old Liam from Manabi, born with a cleft lip. Soon after his birth the family was in Salinas and some kind soul gave the family the contact info for HKIE.
Dr. Pablo Javier Salamea Molina performed the surgery this past week at Hospital Del Rio. As you can see, this is one happy baby that will grow up like all other kids.
