He is a 1 year 4 months old boy from Gualaceo and had a fairly severe cleft lip.
Now, he will not have the stigma and problems associated with this disfigurement.
The post surgery photo was taken before Guillermo had left the operating room. Imagine how good he will look in a couple months!
