This is 7 year old Dilan.
About 6 months ago he had his first surgery with Dr. Eddie Lopez at Hospital del Rio.
Dilan had a barely functioning urethra making difficult and painful to urinate. His surgeon fixed some other internal problems.
This second surgery performed this month will insure Dilan grow up to be a normal young man.
