This is 3 month old Sidny from Otavalo.
Her family took the 11 hour bus ride to come to Cuenca for Dr. Pablo Salamea our medical director to repair her cleft lip.
Her family had been very concerned because Sidny had many problems swallowing her milk without losing most of it due to the cleft lip.
As she got older, she also would not be able to speak clearly. Not a problem now.
The second picture shows how beautiful she is after just 2 weeks. Her mom and dad are over the moon happy!
