This is 13 year old Luis from a small village outside of Guayaquil. This past January while playing at school, his eye was accidentally punctured by a piece of stick.
Yesterday, thanks to Dra Mariela Siguencia and our HKIE supporters, Luis received his prosthetic eye. He looks incredible! Luis and his mother are very grateful to all for making this happen.
