Update on little, precious Victor!
Yesterday morning Victor had his severe cleft lip repaired by Dr Pablo Salamea Molina at Hospital Del Rio in Cuenca.
Victor's mother was nervous and excited that her little guy would receive the surgery that would allow her son to live a normal life without having a misshapen lip or having difficulty speaking normally.
As he always does, Dr Pablo waived his surgical fees and Hospital Del Rio will give HKIE and significant discount.
