Here are a few more children helped by HKIE and Fundacion Rostros Felices on the Ibarra mission the end of February.
Pictured is Ashley who received cleft lip surgery, Dayana (pictured with her beautiful mother) who had one of two surgeries to remove the black birthmark on her face, and an after and before of Maria Isabel who also had cleft lip surgery.
As we have said before, the parents are in awe of the fact that strangers are willing to help their children have a chance for a decent life. They see their children post surgery with tears of gratitude to God, the doctors, and those who contribute to HKIE!
